How to work with General in the Customers or Prospects window

To work with General in the Customers or Prospects window

• General dialog box in the Customers/Prospects Window is used to save the information about the customers.

• You can save new customer information by clicking the New tab in the menu bar.

• If you’re looking for an old customer, you can just click on the lookup button and choose the customer that you want.
